Foam-filled floats are filled with closed-cell
polyurethane foam. Please state hole-thru size, tubed sized,
pipe or Standard thread size when ordering.

Weighted floats are available as custom items in two
configurations. Concrete-weighted floats include reinforcing
mesh and are attached to the float wall. Sand weighting is
available for a lesser charge.
When ordering all weighted floats, please specify:
1. Type
of weighting material,
2. Total weight of float desired, and
3. Size of thread or tubed-hole needed.
Note:
Weights may vary from specs by as much as 1 oz.

Mounting
sizes (options limited on some float sizes or
types):
Standard thread: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8",
7/16, or 1/2" in 3" thru 8" (other sizes
available upon request).
Pipe
thread (NPT):
• 1/8" in 3" thru 4.5"
• 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8", in 5"
thru 8".
Please notice that our threads are internal to the float
for heavy reinforcing so that leaks are not created as in
external threaded nipples.

Tubes:
• 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4",
5/16", 3/8", 7/16", or 1/2" in 3"
thru 8"
• 7/16" or 1/2" in 10"
• 3/8", 7/16" or 1/2" in 12".
Hole-thru Mounts are available in foam-filled floats,
where a larger or different size hole that the tubed floats
provide is required. Holes on foam-filled: up to 1" on 3"
thru 8", up
to 3 1/2" on 10" or 12" floats. Larger
sizes may be available based on use. |

use in all the above tubed and hole-thru floats.
